In order to start the proposal we need to adapt to our audiences needs, by doing this we need to understand the context of the setting for this project proposal and our audiences interests.The purpose of our audience analysis is to include the selections that H2Oasis has chosen for the proposal. Since our designated area is Yauco, Puerto Rico we have decided to focus on three intended audiences which are:

Angel Luis “Luigi” Torres-Ortiz, the mayor of Yauco.

Amarilys Rosario, the manager for Puerto Rico’s Department of Natural and Environmental Resources

Michael S. Regan, the head of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
